Friends with Kids- Lionsgate- Review

Friends with kids

Starts off with a group of fun loving manhattan based friends who seem to have it all living in one of the best cities, employed with disposable incomes. Fast forward four years and the friendship groups dynamics have changed with Ben & Missy who once couldn't keep their hands off each other constantly at each others throats whilst the other couple seem tired and burned out with raising a family, working and upkeep a home.

Laughs and giggles aside, the film does offer an insight into trying to maintain youth and a carefree attitude to living as those around you and close to you partner up, settle down and build a life not as vibrant and exciting as once before yet more fulfilling and that is what Jason & Julie try and emulate by having a child and hoping not to commit to each other yet commit to the upbringing and responsibilities which each can take in turn to share.

Friends With Kids One of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time and definitely the funniest I've seen this year

8.5/10
