Taste Test- Trullo Smoked eel


Being a newbie to eel I was surprised to find how meaty the fish was served cold with a dash of side salad the smoked eel had the billowing smoky flavor that always seems to tease and tantalize the taste buds a worthy and weighty dish in this case served with Creme fresh opposed to the traditional horse radish it helped moisturize and add tenderness to the fish. 3/5
